Archive is the sole occupant of all our buildings. Archive’s buildings are owned, not leased, un-marked and non-descript in appearance for added confidentiality. All buildings are limited access, and are 30 feet above sea level and strategically located out of all flood and evacuation zones. Our facilities are equipped with state of the art backup generators to insure that we have a constant power source.
Fire and Intrusion alarms are monitored by central station system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All records are restricted access, and available only to client authorized personnel. . All documents being delivered travel in sealed packages or containers with signed confirmation required.

Archive Corporation personnel handle all transportation in secure, well-marked air-conditioned Archive Corporation vehicles. They are equipped with the latest in GPS technology which provides continuous monitoring of the vehicle's location and insures constant communications with our dispatcher, or rescue and law enforcement in the event of an emergency.
